Angulo to fight Lara on Maidana-Lopez card

Mexican light middleweight Alfredo "El Perro" Angulo (22-2)  will fight Cuban Erislandy Lara (17-1-2) in the co-feature to the welterweight encounter between Marcos Maidana and Josesito Lopez on June 8 at the Home Depot Center in Carson, Carlifornia, USA.

This is a good fight, Lara is coming off a 9th round technical draw against Vanes Martirosyan last November, in a fight Lara was starting to dominate at the time of when the fight was stopped, due to Martirosyan suffering a cut over his left eye from an accidental head-butt.

Angulo, looked less impressive in his last fight in beating Jorge Silva over 10 rounds in December, but does punch hard with 18 knockouts to his name.
