Man shot dead at Dublin weigh-in

A shooting at a weigh-in for a boxing card has resulted in the death of a man at the Regency hotel in Dublin, Ireland.
Gunmen disguised as police officers opened fire in a targeted attack, killing one man and injuring two others. Emergency services discovered three men injured, all aged in their 20s and 30s. One was pronounced dead and two was taken to hospital with possible gunshot wounds.
Police investigating the suspected gangland crime have sealed off the scene for a forensic examination.
The card, which was to be headlined by Gary Corcoran-Danny Butler at Dublin’s National Stadium, has been canceled.
