Mundine vs Mosley back on for November 27 in Sydney
Anthony Mundine (44-5) and Shane Mosley (47-8-1) will finally get to meet in a ring, a month after their original bout was cancelled.
Mundine had been due to fight the 42-year-old Mosley, who has won five world titles in three weight classes, on October 23.
However Mosley pulled out of fight the day before due to a breach of contract, with the American citing a failure to receive the guaranteed purse that he had been promised in advance.
Mundine, the former WBA super-middleweight champion, insists that the fight will now go ahead on November 27 in Sydney.
"This time it's going to be done," said Mundine.
"I'm excited. I'm focused on one goal and that's proving to the world, to myself, to my fans, and the boxing world that I belong with the legends."
Mundine lost to IBF middleweight champion Daniel Geale in his last fight back in January, while Mosley marked his return to the ring in May by beating Pablo Cesar Cano by unanimous decision in May.
Mosley, who has faced some of the biggest names in the sport during 57-fight career, had previously retired in 2012 after losing to WBC light middleweight champion Saul Alvarez.
