Saunders ready to prove he's best of Brits
British and Commonweath middleweight champion Billy Joe Saunders (16-0) is ready to prove he is the best of British as he puts his titles on the line against puncher Matthew Hall (25-6) tomorrow night at the York Hall live on BoxNation.
With Martin Murray, Matthew Macklin and Darren Barker all on the scene, Saunders wants to fight at least one of his rivals this year.
"I'm in this business to prove that I'm the best and I'll do that this year," said Saunders.
The Hartfield star says he sees Hall as a threat as he's upset the applecart before beating prospects Kris Carslaw and Kerry Hope.
"Hall's tough, come forward and strong and he'll give me alot to think about. I've worked too long and hard to win the Brittish and Commonwealth titles though, and I'm not letting them go," Saunders added.
