World heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (64-3, 54 KOs) will now fight Britain's Tyson Fury (24-0, 18 KOs) on November 28 at the Esprit Arena in Dusseldorf, Germany.

The Ukrainian had been scheduled to defend his IBF, WBO and WBA belts against Fury on October 24, at the same venue, but the bout was called off after Klitschko tore a tendon in his left calf in training. He has now been given the all clear from his doctor to resume training and fight Fury.

“My injury will heal quickly enough for me to enter the ring on November 28,” said Klitschko. “I will promptly continue my training camp preparations and, of course, I am very happy to still be fighting this year, especially for my fans who have already bought their tickets.”

This will be Klitschko's 28th world title fight.
