IBF cruiserweight champion Yoan Pablo Hernandez (29-1, 14 KOs) will no longer be defending his title against Victor Emilio Ramirez (22-2, 17 KOs) on July 25 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, as previously scheduled.

The bout has been pushed back to a yet to be finalized date in September. This is due to the Argentinian challenger's request for a change in date. The location will likely remain the same.

Hernandez, a native of Cuba, now residing in Germany, will be making his fifth title defence and fighting outside of Germany for the first time.

Former WBO champion Ramirez earned his shot by outpointing Ola Afolabi in April to win the interim IBF cruiserweight title.
